These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of APE9 (ape9.com). By playing games as a guest, creating an account, or entering multiplayer rooms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Entertainment Only — No Real Money

APE9 is strictly a free-to-play entertainment service. None of our games offer real money gambling, cash wagering, or opportunities to win real money or physical prizes.

Any virtual scores, player levels, ratings (ELO), chips, challenge streaks, or achievements displayed on APE9 have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or currency, and are for amusement and ranking purposes only.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable digital consent age in your country) to use APE9. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may play as a guest without registration or create an account with an email address and display name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Each user is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts or bot-controlled accounts to farm wins, manipulate ratings, or artificially boost leaderboard standings is strictly prohibited.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

We are committed to maintaining fair and honest gaming tables. You agree not to use cheat engines, automated scripts, bots, modified client software, or network interception tools to manipulate game play or game state.

Collusion between players at multiplayer tables, deliberate stalling, early abandonment to avoid losses, and exploitation of software bugs or glitches are violations of these terms.

Every game result submitted for daily challenges or ranked play is verified by replaying the move sequence on our server. Games detected with invalid move sequences or timing anomalies will be rejected, and repeat violations will result in score resets or account bans.

4. Community Conduct & Chat Rules

APE9 strives to be a welcoming environment for players worldwide. When participating in multiplayer tables or using chat phrases and messages, you agree to treat fellow players with courtesy and sportsmanship.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, vulgarity, spam, self-promotion, impersonation of moderators, and sharing personal contact information are strictly forbidden. You can mute any player and submit reports directly from the table menu.

We reserve the right to review reported chat logs, mute abusive players, suspend access to multiplayer lobbies, or permanently terminate accounts that violate our conduct standards.

5. Intellectual Property & Card Game Rules

The rules of traditional games (such as Solitaire, Hearts, Spades, Chess, Rummy, Bhabhi, and Marriage) are in the public domain. However, APE9 software, game artwork, board assets, visual styling, audio effects, trademarks, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of APE9.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games for non-commercial personal entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our software.

6. Availability, Modifications & Outages

We strive to maintain continuous uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, update game features, introduce new titles, or retire older games at our discretion.

Offline solo games are stored in your local browser storage. We are not liable for lost game progress caused by browser cache clearing, device resets, or network disruptions during online matches.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

APE9 is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APE9 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

8. Account Termination & Contact

You may terminate your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon deletion, your personal credentials will be permanently erased from our active database.
